Welcome to our family. Our condo is conveniently located within 5 min. walk to Islington subway station and 25 min. ride to DT, we offer comfortable lodging at affordable price. Closest proximity to West Bloor Village offers authentic Eastern-European restaurants, bakeries, boutique shopping and more. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Cozy room offers comfortable logging) with Private bathroom This room is dedicated to 1 guest, contains double bed, closet, chest of drawers. Private bathroom for sole exclusive use. Washer/dryer is available free of charge. Gym is located in the first floor and is free of charge for use. Capacity: 1 Rates: 225.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: House rules -You have to be in the country for the last 6 months. "Not travelled" outside Canada. -Minimum stay is 2 weeks -Mask wearing is mandatory in common rooms/areas. in Lobby, in the elevators as per building management instructions. -Washing hands and keeping 1,5 m distance in common areas. -NO EVENTS/PARTIES are allowed, -NO smoking NO vaping of any substances -Payment is due upon arrival in full ( if booked for less than a month) and then on the 1st of each month if the stay is longer -If you are staying only two weeks, which is minimum stay - a cleaning fee of 50$ apply -NO pets -NO excessive noise, especially after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbours! -NO aromatic candles or other burning scents -Please take off your shoes inside the suite. -Also please clean and rinse thoroughly any dishes with water and put them into the dishwasher carefully. -Check-in time at 2.00 pm. -Check-out time at 11:00 am. -I don’t offer any meals, this system doesn’t allow me to edit this correctly.
