Apartment: 1 bedroom is available for rent with a shared kitchen and shared washroom. The washroom is shared with one lady. I do have a pet bunny who stays in its cage. The fridge and microwave are for sharing as well. It's an apartment building. Access to gym, rooftop, swimming pool and sauna. The living room is not available for sharing. Looking for: A "quiet and clean" housemate who generally keeps to themselves. Working professionals and students are preferred. No visitors, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no parents, please. Check in time between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. If you arrive later than 10pm, the booking will be cancelled. Check out time: check-out day anytime before 11:00 a.m. A $50 security deposit is required upon arrival / check-in Full payment with security deposit is required upon arrival. Payment must be in cash. House rules: - No visitors, friends, or guests other than you - No third party bookings - Sound carries inside the apartment.
