***Please read our house rules before sending your request*** Our beautiful home is located in Cabbagetown, downtown Toronto. The home is a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. As you enter you will see a warm 10 foot ceiling space with industrial and lavish finishes. The air quality and temperature of the house is perfect. You will feel welcome and right at home. We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable. My partner and I live in our house and are available to answer any questions you may have. If you are exploring the city and would like activity or restaurant suggestions, we are here to help. If you would rather have a quiet stay, we are discreet and respectful. We offer a spacious bedroom with clean lines and off-white finishes that create a simple zen. The sparking clean bathroom is finished with large wall mirror. Our house is located by the city core. The TTC streetcar stop is down the street, which is a few stops away from Yonge-Dundas Square and the subway line 1. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Calm Room in the Heart of Toronto) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 1000.00 Weekly / 3000.00 Monthly House Rules: Full balance of the booking required upon booking. E-transfer or PayPal accepted. Not refundable. We do not have a front desk like at a hotel, hence we are not available for last minute or back-and-forth changes. We will only be available for your selected time of arrival. (Pick a time between 4:00 p.m. and before 10:00 p.m.) You and your guest must check-in together (your guest cannot check-in before you). Please note that face covering is required upon entering. House rules: - No visitors, friends, or guests other than you (no third party booking) and your one (1) registered guest (if booked for 2) - Masks must be worn outside your bedroom - No third party bookings - Sound carries in houses. Don’t slam doors and don’t be that heavy walker - Quiet hours are between 10?p.m. to 7?a.m. - No parties, drinking, gatherings or events permitted - No smoking, vaping or drugs inside or on premises - No shoes inside - No pets allowed - No kitchen, living room or backyard access - Candle, incense, essential oils are prohibited - Do not move furniture - Keep the bedroom and bathroom clean, stain free, mess free - Your security deposit will not be refunded if we find stains, damages, missing items or if extensive cleaning is required - All communication is done via HomeStay Our house rules allow us to offer a safe and comfortable space for ourselves and our other guests, as well as our neighbours and community. If you or your guest break any of the above house rules, you will both be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.
