Very private rooms and 30 min to downtown. I have been hosting international students for over 20 years. I clean multiple times a week so the place is very clean. I don't have any pets or other family living with me. It is mostly international students learning English. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 4 ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 5) with Shared bathroom Facing the main road. You have a very beautiful view with a huge window. The room is equipped with black out curtains so you can relax without the light getting in. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 4. Triple Room (Large Master bedroom Room 2) with Shared bathroom This a a large Master bedroom with plenty of space and can sleep 2 very comfortably but can accommodate up to 3 guest since one of the bed is a double. Capacity: 3 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 5. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Our Homestay Rules : - No cooking.
