Single Room (Room 3) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 275.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Our Homestay Rules : - No cooking. Shelf available in fridge for food. - No eating in bedrooms - No guest & No pets - No Smoking or vaping in home - ID required on arrival - Quiet time between 10pm to 9am - Cameras in common areas ONLY ( Kitchen/hallway ) - Cash on arrival or e-transfers - Check in after 10am and check out 3pm - Thanks for understanding and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
