Very spacious & tastefully furnished Bedroom in a beautiful house located in the most happening neighborhoods of Toronto/Scarborough. Subway is within 3-5 mins walk. The Kitchen on main floor will be shared with the hosts. No pork please! You will have a separate set of dishes and plz feel free to ask if you need anything else. If you wanna be by yourself, you can chill in your room, the backyard, or in the living room or I can give you company incase you're looking to share a story:). I am an IT professional and work from 9 am to 5 pm. Very friendly guy here, who likes to socialize and to talk about people's life experiences, travel, interests etc. I love to watch movies and tv shows. You can join me too. My bf is self employed so his hours of work are not fixed, he is also very friendly and hospitable. We offer cereals, coffee and milk for breakfast. If you've any specific needs, then do let us know. The main bathroom is located outside the room. There is a powder room too. Shared kitchen. Free coffee Capacity: 4 Rates: 1200.00 Weekly / 3200.00 Monthly 3. Family Room (Basement Master Studio) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 4 Rates: 1000.00 Weekly / 2800.00 Monthly House Rules: - Be nice and clean up after yourself(dishes, glasses) :). - No unauthorized guest to stay overnight without my permission. - Let me know beforehand if you're having friends over. - Laundry facility is available to guests who stay for more than 3 days. - Please do your laundry after 7 pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. - Please keep the noise level a down after 11 pm. - Please don't cook pork or pork products.
