Host is helpful, friendly and interested in guests having a positive experience. We share all areas of house especially areas such as bathroom and kitchen. Provided is fresh bedding, laundry facilities, cooking facilities,... both bedrooms have queen size bed, side tables, desk, double closet, large window overlooking backyard and garden. Rocky Point is 7 minutes from house with much festival, music & food all summer, kayaking, canoeing, boating or Burnaby mountain, Simon Fraser University, lots of hiking, nature, down town Vancouver is 30 minutes by car and 45 to 50 minutes via sky train, bus stop is directly across the street from home with 7 minute ride to either Port Moody or Burquitlam sky train stations. Port Moody is located on Burrard Inlet and central to Coquitlam, Burnaby, New Westminster and Vancouver. One of the best places to live in Lower Mainland :-) Room(s): 1. Double Room (Bedroom 1 comfortable and clean ) with Shared bathroom This is a large bright, clean bedroom with fresh bedding, queen size bed, desk, dresser, large window overlooking forrest garden, double closet, great lighting, curtains, wood flooring Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1019.10 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 Comfortable and clean ) with Shared bathroom This room is a double bed for 1 person, It on the second floor , very bright, north facing with a great view of the forest. The room has wood floors with wool carpet, double closet, desk, lamp, clean bedding and towls. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1019.10 Monthly House Rules: House rules: If you stay over 30 days, you will be asked to pay a deposit of $450 and reason is host is finding without this deposit, guests after 30 days tend to find situations for various reasons ie: slightly less $ / area etc... AND guests leave with short notice. Host is reasonably and will work with you but is finding there is a reasonability on guests to figure this out within 30 days.
