Sweet home in Canada

My residence is located in Port Moody BC, 15 minutes from the bus stop and 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver. 2 people live with me, all adults and we have no animals. We have 1 shared room for 4 guests, 1 single room and 1 library with 2 computers downstairs, together with the kitchen and bathroom. We have a balcony with table and chairs, a living space in the shared room itself with sofa and armchairs and a beautiful garden in front and behind the house. We speak english and portuguese. It will be a lovely season !!! Room(s): 1. Family Room (Shared room) with Private bathroom We have ample space: 4 beds, 1 table with chair, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table, 1 TV, 1 chest of drawers with 6 drawers and 1 hanger. Remembering that in the kitchen we have a large table for meals and study with 4 chairs. Capacity: 4 Rates: Weekly / 700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (1 single room) with Private bathroom Double room for one guest and a shared bathroom for guests only. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Do not smoke and drink alcohol in the premises, do not eat meals in the room, do not get home after 10:00 pm, do not bring friends to study or sleep in the room, do not waste water, energy and food and keep the room , clean bathroom and kitchen.
