Have hosted students in the past very successfully. I quite enjoy helping students out. The building is a luxury quiet concrete Condo on the 12th floor with a view of the mountains, the Ocean, and Lions Gate. I am a single male owner of the property. Professional Social Worker and Educator that works daily outside the home (2pm-11pm). The Bedroom being offered is located in a safe desirable attractive neighbourhood in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver. The Bedroom is fully furnished with quality furnishings - new double bed, metal/glass desk, etc... English is the primary language in the home - friend speaks Tagalog when necessary... Interests: writing, walking, reading, news, travelling Room(s): 1.
