Best Homestay in Vancouver

My home is in the heart of vibrant lower Lonsdale. If you stay in my home you will discover a west coast contemporary community, with sweeping views of downtown Vancouver to the south and the stunning north shore mountains to the north. You'll enjoy living in the epicentre of it all. Excellent restaurants fabulous shopping, fresh produce and delicacies from the market, museums, and art galleries and ample festivals! Step outside my front doors and enjoy local fine dining, live music, and access to the walking and biking trails that also surround my neighbourhood. Or, find tranquility and stillness above the liveliness of my neighbourhood by retreating to either one of my private patio's/balcanies. ALL AMENITIES: Starbucks, restaurants, trendy boutiques, cafes, grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, Lonsdale Quay Market and shopping mall, The Pier, parks and the seabus to downtown all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Public transportation is literaly at my front door. Within 5 feet of my front steps. We have a very friendly enviornment and offer a truly Canadian family experience. We offer access to laundry facilities, wireless internet, and more. My home is clean, comfortable, safe and relaxed. Not alot of rules...just common sense and common respect towards one another. Which makes for a truly memorable experience for everyone. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room #1 with private ensuite) with Ensuite bathroom This room is the largest bedroom in my home and can accommodate up to 2 people because it has a lovely queen size bed and is located downstairs for complete privacy. this room also boasts a private ensuite with shower, toilet and sink Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (beautiful sleigh bed with shared bathroom) with Shared bathroom this room is suitable for 1 person only. I've just recently renovated this room with a beautiful wooden single sleigh bed with new mattress and box spring along with a fresh coat of paint . Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Master bedroom with shared bathroom) with Shared bathroom This room has a beautiful 4 poster bed upstairs with fabulous view of downtown. Can sleep 1 person or 2 people comfortably with shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 420.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (The Mirror Room) with Shared bathroom This bright and lovely room has a single bed, an organized closet with mirror doors, desk/vanity made of mirrors, cabinet made of mirrors and a hugh mirror on the wall, hence why we call it "The Mirror Room", also has a 28" flat screen TV with cable Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: Each guest will be given 2 keys, one for their bedroom door and also one for the front door. We ask that you set alarm system and lock doors every time you go out. Guests are not allowed to cook themselves in my kitchen. Please turn heat off in bedroom when you go out. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight Please do not invite strangers into my house; if you would like to invite a friend over just let us know in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home.
