Private room close to SFU and BCIT

We have a private room with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen for rent. The room is only available to BCIT, SFU, and UBC students. Females Students Only. We are a luxury detached home located in Burnaby next to BCIT and Brentwood Skytrain Station. Our area is a very quiet, beautiful, and safe community. There are two bus stops less than a 5-minute walk from the house. There is a direct bus to SFU (30 minutes). BCIT is a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. UBC is a 1 hour 15 minutes commute from Burnaby via Brentwood. Apartment includes full kitchen and in-suite laundry washer and dryer. My family includes my wide and two kids. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Private Furnished Bedroom ) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. 3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. 4. No pets are allowed inside. 5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. 6. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 7. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
