Hi we’re a quite, respectable family that lives upstairs and we have 3 rooms in the lower level of the house open for occupancy. We are located in central Burnaby, which makes it convenient for anybody to travel around to Vancouver or Downtown Vancouver or even within Burnaby. Included within the home stay is : - Wifi and Utilities included -Laundry once a week * (done by home stay family) - Fully furnished room w desk, bed and dresser -Breakfast incl, dinner is extra* please inquire if interested for the additional price Rules for home stay - No smoking - No pork allowed in the house, other meat is fine. -No partying - No strangers -Must be clean, quiet and respectful Room(s): 1. Single Room (Front facing room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1950.00 Monthly 2.
