Please let us know if you need to use the laundry, as we do have it in the basement, and will schedule times that works for all parties. There is a portable AC in the summer and thermostat for you to control the heat to your liking. We have remote access to our home using August Smart Lock. Giving you access to lock and unlock the doors through an app on your phone! This is to ensure the easiest check in for you!
