Welcome to this private, relaxing basement suite with a custom built in breakfast bar and personal desk. The ensuite room is equipped with a bunk bed that’s perfect for two kids or one adult. Enjoy the hot tub, home gym, full bath and fully equipped kitchen. The listing is a 7 minute drive from the airport, a 3 minute walk to the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute drive to HighStreet mall, movie theatre and restaurants. Close to parks, playgrounds and walking trails. SHARED SPACES: Patio/hot tub: This patio area has a large lounge chair and two zero gravity chairs for your enjoyment. The BBQ is equipped with all the utensils and is always ready for guest use. The hot tub is immaculately maintained. Water is changed regularly and ph balance is well kept. Laundry: Guests have access to laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets. Gym: The gym has been outfitted with a full range of dumbbells, bands, squat machine, and multi use barbell weight rack. Cardio machines include a recumbent bike, elliptical machine and high end treadmill with virtual trainer! ***Please note that the entrance is a share entrance and through the main property. We share our home and live on the upper lever of the property. We enjoy hosting guests! Prior to and during your stay, we are available via text and in person to help make your stay more comfortable. Remove Shoes When Inside Home ( we provide indoor shoes) 5. Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms. Are permitted but, make sure you put Leftover food in garbage. 6. Be Kind to Garbage Disposal 10. Furniture is Not to Be Rearranged. 7. Upon Booking, register full names of all the guests on the App or send the list to the host. This is for security reasons and for emergency purposes. 8. Check Out On Time ( 11:00am) 13. No Noise after 11pm - Our property is surrounded by neighbours who have children. Please respect our neighbours and this rule. We’ll hate to have to terminate your stay with no refund due to excessive noise past 11pm. 9. Respect Towels & Sheets. Stained towel , chair covers or beddings will Incur a Replacement Fee. NO EXCEPTIONS or EXCUSES as we provide face wipes, makeup remover towels etc. - Please do NOT flush in the toilets any feminine products, trash or disposable wipes 10. Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge. Should your rooms require excessive cleanup (stains, room not cared for/broken items, lost items, there will be a MINIMUM charge of $50 and the cost of replacement as needed. 11. No Pets. Absolutely NO PETS allowed inside, outside or anywhere on the property. Due to the host's family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. 12.
