The room for rent is a good sized room which includes a double bed (with linen included), a desk, chair, dresser, lamp and closet. There is a bus route near by and all amenities are within a two minute walking distance. I have a great deck with chairs & loungers. Single Room (Basement Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: No sleepovers No big meals to be eaten in bedroom No pictures on walls Shower between 6 am to 9 pm weekdays and weekends 9 am to 10 pm Laundry is to only be done once a week between 10 am to 8 pm.
