My children have grown up now and do not live at home anymore which allows me to let one of my rooms. I have done Homestay on and off over the years using my granny flat in the past. However on this occasion it will be a room within my home. You would only be sharing with myself and would have your own private bathroom. The bathroom is newly renovated and brand new plantation shutters have been installed in this room. I have a full home security system to help you feel safe. I have 2 small Australian Silky Terrier dogs. It is a non smoking home, no parties etc. Bedroom is furnished with a single ensemble bed. Internet & all bills included. Food not included. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bed 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Everybody is expected to clean up after themselves, especially in communal areas.
