Hi Im Chantal, I am offering: a 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed or 2 x King Singles (I can provide either) and 1 Queen Bedroom which can sleep 1-2 people. Both Share a bathroom (there is an additional downstairs toilet) It is difficult for me to confirm bookings more than 2 months ahead as I travel for work. My daughter is 19 years old and lives with me. She works and studies mostly at the church. Our loveable dog Ziggy is medium sized and he is an indoors dog. He loves people and cuddles. The dog will not go into your room, and can be put in a different area to you if you prefer. Our secure complex is Lakeside next to a private beach at the lake with lots of walking / bicycle trails full of birdlife and beautiful sunsets. There is also bbq and pool facilities in the complex with lovely gardens. Distance to: Aldi and Cafe 500m Bus stop 300m Bond University 2.3km Robina Town Centre 3.6km North Burleigh Beach 4km Our drinking water is all filtered. We are early risers but sneak out as we head to the gym or go for a walk. You can have use of the general kitchen and general appliances as long as you clean and pack away as you go. You have fridge and pantry space. Additional Info: I work from home mon-fri 9-5pm and often hold appointments online in the living area. It is preferred you avoid the living and kitchen area during that time. General use Internet included (no excessive downloading) Street Parking available We are central to everywhere and on a bus route close to the train and tram. Reduced rate for longer stay and for 2 sharing. Keep the bedroom and bathroom clean Please empty the dishwasher and bins when they need it Washing available 1 per week. Clean and pack away all used items In the kitchen immediately after use Living area and kitchen to be avoided when Im working 9-5 mon-fri. No smoking in our unit however there is a smoking area in our complex. Please reduce the smell of smoke before returning to the unit. Ziggy is on a strict diet, so no feeding him anything please.
