Please check with me if before 11 am Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: HOUSE RULES - VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please show consideration for all the guests sharing the premises. - PETS NOT ALLOWED .We provide "Starters" like TOILET PAPER, SOAPS, TOILETRIES ETC, if your stay requires Extra , Than you must Provide for them. (Shopping Centre is close by you can easily but them. ) • No shoes inside the house. In-house slippers will be provided (LEAVE THE SLIPPERS IN THE SHOE RACK WHEN YOU CHECK OUT PLEASE) • No meat cooking inside the house, but can bring from outside and have it – PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THIS .Bathroom – Clean up after yourself and leave the area dry and clean for the next guest. . No PARTIES/FUNCTIONS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE .Be mindful of the products that leave bad stains on towels and bed linen, and LET ME KNOW ABOUT ANY SPILLS OR STAINS STRAIGHT AWAY PLEASE .Kitchen – Wash your own dishes and keep the kitchen benches and stove clean, the cleaning fee is for cleaning your room after checkout not including your dishes. .Please avoid eating in the room and dont stack up dishes or trash in the room. .If house keys are LOST or Not Returned, an extra upto $3000 fee may be charged, As that will lead to updating all the house locks due to privacy - security camera installed in the living area only for safety reasons . Dont leave the burning gas stove unattended • No SMOKING/VAPING on premises. • No overnight visitors are permitted. • Please clean all the amenities and kitchen stuff after use • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their guests, no additional guests allowed without prior getting consent from the host. • The building is always to be kept clear of garbage and debris. • No smoking, alcohol, bad language, or drugs on the premises. • Fail to clean the kitchen and bathroom after yourself will incur a clean fee of A$50 • No smoking/VAPING in the Property, FAILURE will incur a clean fee of A$250 PLUS A$2500 VIC Fire Department fine. All facilities are communal. Please clean up after yourselves, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Please KEEP QUIET after 11 pm, no loud music, machinery, conversations, or devices allowed. Please be respectful of others and only talk quietly after 11 pm. All lights out in common areas before midnight. Check out is at 10 am. Thank you for your consideration. The purpose of these house rules is to ensure that all tenants of this building may enjoy a clean, safe and harmonious environment. 1. Kitchen – Wash your own dishes and keep the area clean, the cleaning fee is for cleaning your room after checkout not including your dishes. 2. Bathroom – Clean up after yourself and leave the area dry and clean for the next guest. 3. Fridge – Do not take food that is not yours, label your own food and remove after checkout. 4. Quiet Hours – No loud noise or conversations past 11PM – 8AM. 5. Rubbish – Throw rubbish away in the bin. 6. NO smoking on the premises at any given time, failure to adhere to this rule will result in fines of up to $2500 excluding cleaning fee. Especially if the fire brigade is called. 7. No pets allowed. A violation of the house rules by the guest will result in your reservation being cancelled with no refunds • DO NOT leave bicycles, garbage bags or any debris in the walkways at any time. • Guests need to pay the cost caused by triggering the alarm system with excessive smoke. • The shared common area is to be kept free of rubbish, dirty dishes, bags, debris, etc. • Please turn off lights and check kitchen appliances are turned off when leaving the room. • For safety, please check that windows and doors are locked when you are leaving the property • Please turn off iron after use. • If anything is broken or malfunctions, please notify us as soon as practicable.
