Single Room (BLUE DOUBLE BEDROOM) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: PLEASE BE ADVISED, WE PREFER ONLY FEMALES HOME STAY. ON ARRIVAL MUST TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES AND WEAR SLIPPERS INSIDE THE HOUSE, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE MUSIC OR WATCH TV WITH LOUD SOUNDS. BETWEEN 10 PM AND 7 AM IS QUIET TIME, NO OTHER PERSON SUCH AS A FRIEND CAN BE A SLEEPOVER IN YOUR ROOM. NEEDS TO KEEP YOUR ROOM, BATHROOM, OR OTHER FACILITY NEAT AND CLEAN. LAUNDRY CAN BE DONE ONCE A WEEK WITH ARRANGEMENTS FOR LONG-TERM STAY.
