Friendly, easygoing house hold

I live in a quiet area, close to shopping centre and public transport. I have a swimming pool centre right next door to me and also tennis courts. There is a walking trail with exercise equipment along the way. Park across the road. Close to high school. Quick 5 min train ride to Mawson Lakes University. Security gates, Peaceful atmosphere. I am a very friendly person. Easy to get on with. I work full time. Need age that can look after themselves as I have committments of my own. There is no airs and graces living here. I work full time and have my own commitments so you need to make this your home while you are visiting and make use of all that is available in kitchen and facilities in kitchen etc, linen in cupboards, bathroom etc. My home is your home. If I am home for a meal I would be more than happy to cook but you must be prepared to prepare your own meals. Payment for your stay will need to be paid on arrival at homestead. In full. So please dont be offended when I ask you for it when no transfer has taken place. I will give you a days grace if needed to get yourself settled. Hopefully the transfer can take place without any reminders.
