FUN FAMILY HOMESTAY IN PERTH

LARGE FAMILY HOME 4KM FROM THE BEACH Our family lives in a 5 bedroom house in Duncraig, Perth, with our two teenage children. We also have a dog Ally (small inside dog) and a cat Lilly. Our house in located within a 10 min walk from the train station, which has regular trains which take you directly to the city or Joondalup. Our family has been hosting international students, who come to Perth to learn English, for 15 years. We can host up to 3 people at one time. Each room is for one person and includes dinner. We are a friendly family and there is plenty of activity in our household. I love cooking, so most of the guests who stay with us look forward to dinner each night. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Middle Room) with Shared bathroom This is a large light room located in the middle of the house. LIGHT BREAKFAST & DINNER incl Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1260.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Back Room) with Shared bathroom This is a large room located at the back of the house. LIGHT BREAKFAST & DINNER incl Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1260.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Front Room) with Shared bathroom This is a large single room near the front of the house. LIGHT BREAKFAST & DINNER incl Capacity: 1 Rates: 295.00 Weekly / 1240.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. After dinner everyone helps wash the dishes and clean the kitchen. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
