***Please be aware, we are shift-workers, so we will need to know your arrival times at time of booking, to enable us to accommodate you. We cannot accept arrivals after 8pm or early hours of the morning*** We have a large 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house, walking distance to Waterford Plaza, bus stops and Curtin Uni, only 8kms from Perth CBD. We have been hosting international students for over 10 years. The family room opens out onto a large pool, BBQ and outside dining. Nearby Waterford Plaza has a great selection of cafes and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, bank and post office, news agency, hairdressers, take away food and a couple of specialty shops. The house is located in a quiet suburb with fantastic pathways and walkways leading down to the river and duck ponds. Rooms are single occupancy only, we host students only, we DO NOT accept couples or families and we don’t allow students to cook. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Student 2 WIR) with Shared bathroom Double room suitable for one person located upstairs, overlooking the pool. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1285.71 Monthly 2. Single Room (Student 1 King single) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1285.71 Monthly 4. Single Room (Student 4 front room) with Shared bathroom Located upstairs, large room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1285.71 Monthly House Rules: Lock all entry/exit at all times Keep windows closed if raining or when you go out Turn off lights/power when leaving house No shoes to be worn inside Keep noise to a minimum after 8.30 pm No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, DO NOT book if you are a smoker No guests or strangers in the house No food or flavored drinks in bedroom this includes take away meals No ironing your clothes in your room, we have an ironing board Please always clean up after yourself Keep bathroom clean and wipe up any water and don’t waste water No wet towels or clothing in rooms No coming and going after 10pm at night as we work Additional Info: We have bikes available for your use.
