We are a caring, considerate and loving family that welcomes another family member! We also provide a self serve breakfast, packed lunch and cooked dinner daily for $300 per week (no other expenses). Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1) with Private bathroom Additional guests are charged $20 per night. A large room which fits a double bed with ample storage. All bed linens provided and plenty of natural sunlight. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: You and/or your guest are female. No shoes inside the house and please keep them in your own bedroom. Smoking is permitted outside only. Treat one another with respect. Be considerate with one another, existing 2 long term female guests. Maintain own bedroom to a satisfactory standard. Clean up after using the kitchen and bathrooms. We are a house proud family so believe in a clean and pleasant living environment. Whilst we understand personal hygiene isn’t the same for everyone, we expect guests to maintain their own bedrooms to an acceptable standard and clean up after their use.
