I live in a quiet court in Mitcham in the outer suburbs of Melbourne Victoria. I live in a family home that has heating and cooling for all weather. The train station is a 5 minute walk which will take you the city or anywhere in Victoria. The local shopping centre is a 15 minute walk. I have a modern kitchen, lounge/dining room, separate meals area, family room and a study. There is a zoned area with two large bedrooms serviced by a separate toilet and bathroom with spa bath. I am a short trip to the Yarra Valley, one of Australia's finest wine regions, and the Dandenong ranges, an area abound with national parks and wild life. The Mornington peninsula is an hour away via Eastlink or again the train is allows for public transport anywhere. Room(s): 1. Double Room (King room ) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room for one person or couple. It is on the ground floor . Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Queen room) with Shared bathroom This is a double room on the ground floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking including e-cigarettes Please feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after! Please do not invite strangers into our home; friends are welcome with prior consultation. Please don't alter settings on appliances without consultation Be respectful of noise and others. Additional Info: Families with any age children are most welcome. My partner stays regularly. My adult children visit often and I like to socialise and enjoy company and love the joy of children. I have travelled and hosted many exchange students while my children were at school. I enjoy time with family and friends and animals. I am happy to share cooking of meals when appropriate.
