Magill

Hello, we have a beautiful room available in our large newly built family home in Magill. The room comes furnished and is currently set up for a student with bed and bedding, desk, built in robe/wardrobes, lamp - I'm happy to look at changing to suit (single or double bed etc). Cost includes all bills - gas, electric, water, internet and household items such as laundry powder, toilet paper, hand wash etc. Cost per week is: No food supplied $260 p/w, or Breakfast and lunch supplies (not cooking) $300 p/w Dinner supplies can be provided by negotiation. The household consists of me, my 15 year old daughter who is going into year 11 and our female student from Malaysia who studies at UniSA Magill. We are only looking for females to share with. We don't currently have any pets but do have plans to get a cat :) You will have your own private space and independence as we aren't home on most weekends. We’re located in a great spot in between Norwood Morialta and Rostrevor campuses and Magill University is right next door. There is also an oval, creeks, walks, university gym and pool (warmer months only). Easy access to shops and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to public transport and 15-20 minutes on the bus to Adelaide CBD. If you have any special requests or questions, please just ask as I am very flexible. Room(s): 1.
