Hello. We have 1 or 2 rooms for rent for to up to 2 Female students. We are located in Adelaide's best family suburb - safe, quiet & close to a park. Bus to Flinders, Blackwood, CBD & shops is a 5 -10 min. walk. Our home is heated & cooled, and you will enjoy your own private room, with toilet & shower being shared with 1 other student. 1 bedroom contains a piano. There is plenty of room for storage. We have one school age daughter, and we share our home with 2 very friendly dogs, plus a rabbit. Laundry and internet are available. Breakfast is included, and we may be able to arrange further meals if you desire. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 1040.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1040.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. You are responsible for keeping your room clean. Please keep our home secure by locking all doors and locking/closing all windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable.
