We live in a central location on the Gold Coast close to public transport, restaurants, walking tacks and beautiful shopping centres. Just 15 minutes to the beach our european manor style home overlooks much of the Gold Coast. Perched high on a hill we enjoy beautiful breezes from our large timber deck and enjoy hot summer days in the swim up bar pool. Our double guest room looks out over the beautiful coast and we enjoy ducted air conditioning and a fire for the cooler winner nights. Located in a no through street it is quiet and relaxing. We have two lounge areas, sun beds by the pool and a day bed on our deck for leisurely reading while enjoying the view. You can easily reach the hinterland, theme parks, fine dining and amazing shopping - Harbour Town, Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair Shopping centre from this location. We are also close to Carrara Markets and the Casino. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Surfers view) with Shared bathroom Large double room with balcony doors and views to surfers, built in wardrobes in our French inspired room. The queen bed is very comfortable Capacity: 2 Rates: 513.00 Weekly / 2190.00 Monthly House Rules: We are a non smoking family with no pets. We all enjoy fitness so are up early to excercise and generally sleep relatively early becaus of our fitness routine. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the house. Additional friends visiting please check with us first. We ask that you enjoy our home, treat it as your own and we all aim to make the environment friendly and relaxing. Additional Info: Parking is on the street, we live in a no through road in a very safe area. We speak english and spanish and have travelled extensively, so thoroughly enjoy chatting with travellers from all over.
