Gold Coast perfect weather normally

We live in a 'Village' type area called Emerald Lakes. The apartment a 2 plus study air-conditioned with fans also. We have a lovely balcony with views from Surfers to Burleigh Heads (see photo from balcony). There are beautifully cared for gardens with 5 kms of walking and bike riding paths to stretch your legs. We have bikes available. We have a 20 metre pool and a gym for use by our guests. Also with French, Greek, Indian restaurants and a Coffee Café here as well. 5-10 minute walk to buses to go to Beach and Theme Parks and to Surfers Paradise. I can take you to places for a little extra remuneration. Tickets can be arranged for our guest/s. We have Wi-Fi available and cable television. Our beaches on the Gold Coast are the best in the world with Lifesavers on duty year round. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest room) with Private bathroom This is a bedroom for 1 or 2 persons with a queen size bed. We are on the 6th floor with views in the bedroom to the north overlooking parklands. Capacity: 2 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smoking in our home or the apartment areas. There is guest parking on the ground floor with a lift to our floor. Feel free to use/share the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum by midnight. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just let me know in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home! Additional Info: We speak English but love to learn about other places. There is a street market every Thursday with an array of different foods to try. Also we have a washing machine and dryer that guests can use too.
