Happy, bubbly solo mum, my 15yr old daughter has recently moved to Perth so her room is available. It is fully furnished with desk and own TV/Netflix/Chromecast/Unlimited internet, ceiling fan. Our unit is right in the heart of Broadbeach with Pacific Fair shopping at the end of the road (2mins walk) and the beach is 3 houses down at the other end. I am a Residential Youth Worker that includes shift work and twice a week I am not home. I have 2 cats purebred Burmese who are indoor cats only. Home is fully furnished everything to share plus the privacy of your own room. Includes a coffee machine and bean grinder in the kitchen Room(s): 1.
