Our family home is located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly families surrounding us in our neighbourhood Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single Room for One Person) with Private bathroom This room is a large sunny room for 1 person, it is on the top floor facing west with ample storage room. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 2. Twin Room (Twin Room - Pink Room) with Private bathroom This room is a large sunny room for 1 person or a couple. It is on the ground floor facing east with ample storage room. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly 3. Double Room (Queen Room for One or Two People) with Shared bathroom This room is a large double room with a Queen bed & lots of pillows. It is suitable for one person or a couple & located on the main floor facing west with ample storage, carpeting and a great view of the garden of Australian Native plants Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with us in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! Additional Info: What facilities can students use in your home? Large shower/bath down stairs for the guest rooms, laundry facilities, large family room downstairs with pool table and large balcony just off the family room. Upstairs is another guest bathroom (if required) with open plan living, dining and balcony looking out to City with beach views from Manly to Dee Why Beaches and further out to the Eastern Suburbs (North & South Heads). We also have a fully functional office upstairs that the students are more than welcome to use at any time if available. what neighborhood facilities are near your home?
