central yet quiet and green

The house lies directly at Siemenspark and Jungfernheidepark and has a good connection over U-Rohrdamm to Jungfernheide S41/S42. If you are coming to Berlin and are looking for a central and green area this might suit you. The room looks into the patio/garden, is furnished and has a small fridge, two cooking plates and an oven. The main kitchen can be used as well (incl. the dishwasher). Since the kitchen is part of my living room it can be used till 7 PM. Towels and bedding are provided. I live here with my dog so if you are allergic or afraid of dogs, this place is not suitable. I am easy going and communicative, tidy and quiet and would like to welcome similar souls. Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can use the patio for that. Pls refrain from making loud phonecalls on the patio, in order not to disturb the neighbours. Payment can be completed in cash upon arrival. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Eg.
