Beautiful oasis in the city

I live in this beautiful little house with my two doggies, the house is right at the park where there are also many sports facilities. Next Tube station is Rohrdamm. From S Bahn Jungfernheide you can reach the other side of the city in just 5 stops. I offer here my attic room on the 2nd floor which you can see from the pics. Bathroom is on the ground floor and an extra toilet on the first floor. Garden is for use as well where there is also Wifi in the little garden house. I am Dutch nationality but also speak German English and French Room(s): 1. Twin Room (Attic) with Shared bathroom The room is an attic room 2nd floor, single bed and separate mattress available Capacity: 2 Rates: 175.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: I do not have any special rules....I am mostly sitting at my computer in the living room which I consider to be a little bit private.
