Beachside Mordialloc - 9 Mins to Train Station with Private Bathroom

Private and very quiet bedroom with its own courtyard, and with almost exclusive use of the main bathroom and toilet (these may also be used by house guests from time to time). The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, shelves, and a wardrobe. You would have shared use of the household kitchen, livingroom, laundry, and sunny garden. Linen and towels can also be provided for an additional $20 per week. The home is beautifully furnished, and would be shared with an Australian woman who works in the corporate sector, and enjoys sharing her home with a quiet and respectful student. She speaks a little Japanese, and some Italian, but mostly English. Mordialloc train station is a 9 minute walk away, the beach and local shops (including a Woolworths supermarket) are a 15 minute walk away. Minimum Stay: 1 month, rent must be paid for in advance, plus $500 security bond. House Amenities: all utilities, wifi, car park (for those with own transport), heating and cooling. House Rules: no pets, be polite and respectful, no overnight guests, clean up after yourself in shared spaces, clean room/bathroom fortnightly and before departure.
