It is an easy walk to Monash University, Frankston Hospital, Bayside Shopping Centre, PARC, the beach, Chisholm Institute and public transport. The house is minutes away from everything Frankston has to offer and there are some great cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The house is fully furnished and all you need to bring is your bedlinen and personal items. Your room: Light and airy, freshly painted, new blinds, King single bed, mattress, desk and chair, built in wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom (between 2) with bath, shower, toilet and vanity, with continuous hot water, a comfortable lounge with ambient log fire (electric), kitchen, laundry, sunroom and big yard. The house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling, plus ceiling fans in living areas. You will be sharing with Riley (22) and Etis (18). Riley is 22 and doing an electrical apprenticeship after several years of working in the healthcare industry. He doesn’t smoke or drink and spends a lot of time at the gym. He is trilingual, fluent in French and conversational Spanish. Etis is also a non-smoker, studying at Monash Peninsula in her first year of uni, and is bilingual, speaking Mandarin. You: If you are female, respectful, tidy, and a kind and friendly person this might suit you well. This is not a party house and is unsuitable for smokers… and strictly no drugs. This house would really suit either a student or full-time professional working at Frankston Hospital, who appreciates living in a clean and peaceful environment. This room is for a female housemate only as you will be sharing a bathroom with Etis and Riley has his own. No pets are permitted and some bills are included (Wi-Fi plus lawn-mowing). Other bills will be split evenly between the two/three housemates. Parking is available out the front of the house (not that you’ll need a car as it is so central) $280 per week (this rate will be reduced to $235 pw when three housemates are living there, but you must be able to budget $280 pw for in between times). Bond is $1217. Minimum stay is 6 months, 12 months is preferred. One month’s rent in advance is required and rent is then payable fortnightly or weekly. The room is available now.
