We offer them a clean, safe and comfortable place to live while in America. This is not a roommate situation, you are renting a room and of course have access to the bathrooms and laundry..not the whole house. We do run into each other and get to know each other pretty well..Our guests are generally very busy people as are we. In the Spring-summer and early Fall months, you can sit on the front porch and or side yard. This is our private home and we are offering to rent a private bedroom that is furnished with a tv including satellite, free wireless internet, bed, desk, chair, refrigerator and microwave.. The bed is complete with linens. You are allowed a rice cooker and coffee pot also. We rent to people that don’t need a kitchen..(we have had too many disasters through the years) You can use and dispose of paper dishes.. There is public transportation at the corner of our street. Bentley and Brandeis universities are nearby as are many corporate jobs. Downtown Waltham is a 9 minute walk to loads of Restaurants and even a very nice movie theatre! There is plenty of varitey in foods here, from Japanese, to Italian, vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Cuban, Chinese, Brazilian, etc...and Plenty of Donuts and sub shops... There is a place called Cafe on the common with fresh baked goodies and delicious organic coffees, its a free wifi cafe..We have a wonderful library..Waltham is only 9 miles from Boston.. If you are a rather private person, wanting a clean and safe and comfortable place to live that is located in a very popular city not far from Boston, this might be just what you were looking for. Must be 18 or older, no overnights, smoking outside allowed, no drugs, no heavy drinking and no parties. Small refundable deposit required Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 yellow room) with Shared bathroom This is a large double room for 1 person.. It is on the third floor, quiet and with a window with a view Warm in Winter and Cool in the summer.. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: We provide homestay rules when we are in correspondence with the potential guests. For instance, bathroom usage, cell phones to be used in rooms, lock front door when entering and exiting, smoking allowed outside away from the house, throw out you own trash, nothing drastic, mostly common sense. Launtry can be used anytime of day you, bring your own detergent. Parking across the street from our home, the kitchen is private but can be used to wash dishes, Living room is private but you have your own tv with satellite and free wireless internet...etc Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Laundry, Parking Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
