I'm a Phd student and travel a lot for work - looking to give up my personal space to a reliable person visiting LA. You'll be living in Santa Monica, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes from the pier. You’ll have your private room, but share the kitchen / living room with a room-mate - a fun, respectful Phd student (who mostly likes to keep to himself!). You’re welcome to use the stove, fridge and microwave. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1750.00 Monthly House Rules: Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets Only 1 person allowed (no couples etc.) No smoking, parties, or events Check-in time is flexible More information - No Shoes in the house please. - Please keep the house locked at all times. You must also acknowledge: Some spaces are shared - Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen shared with 1 person (mostly away).
