Private room

We have Rooms downstairs in San Francisco, and it contains 1 large room with its own walk in closet, a private restroom and a large glass door leading to the backyard. The other room is a good small size rooms. There’s restroom being use by the occupants that rents the small room. So this is shared by two people only. This rooms has its own entrance downstairs. There's a small kitchenette with a medium-sized refrigerator, sink, a kettle, a toaster a conventional microwave and a counter top electrical range. Rides are near. It is close to MUNI public transportation which is a corner away or a block away for buss rides. Less than 300 yards to the BART station so you can get where you need to go without having a car. Downtown is just a 30 minute bus ride away on the 14 MUNI bus. Alemany Street is a block away to Mission Street, which has a variety of restaurants and stores. Safeway, a grocery store, is just a block away and the laundromat is only a block away. Bikes can be use and It will be assigned. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Small Room) with Shared bathroom It’s a small room. Restroom is shared with two more people. There's a kitchen for common use for our guest t if they want to cook. Food is not available. Entrance will have to enter from downstairs side door. Minimum stay is 2 weeks. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Big room) with Private bathroom With a spacious room it has its own rest room, a walk in closet, a door leading to the backyard. Small kitchen with a regular size refrigerator that is shared. Capacity: 1 Rates: 700.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Respect each other and don't be messy. Call me ASAP if needed help.
