The room is furnished. Laundry is located on the property. Prefer who would like to study/have quiet evenings, keep the bathroom & kitchen clean and need short stay. Rent is $900/month and includes all utilities and internet. Renter insurance is preferred. Must be a pets’ lover. No more pets. No smoking, drug or overnight guest.
