Rooms for Women Students

Kay's HomeStay for Women I have two private furnished rooms available for international students for short-term housing. My home is located within walking distance to Boston College Law School (Newton Campus). The rooms are on the third floor of my house where there is a bathroom, which you will share with only one other tenant. Kitchen privileges, Washer & Dryer available. All utilities and high speed internet included. This is a three-story, five-bedroom, two-bathroom, owner-occupied house. I provide 'self-serve' breakfast items (coffee, orange juice, milk, cereal, bread and jams). Typically, once a week, I will cook a 'family dinner' and invite my two student-tenants to eat with me. However, most of the time, it's 'do your own thing' for meals. For semester-abroad or international graduate students, visiting scholars and professors: This is the ideal HomeStay. It is safe, clean and quiet. Easy access to Boston College, Boston University and EF Language School. Rent rooms by semester. For medical professionals: This HomeStay offers short-term housing with a 30-day minimum and a six-month maximum stay. It is perfect for a medical student doing clinical rotations. I have been hosting international students in my house since 2014. Already 42 young women from all over the world have lived here. My house is located in Newton, a suburb of Boston, which is one of the safest cities in America. I require a deposit in advance to reserve the room (the first 4 weeks rent), which is paid directly to me. There will also be a simple lease to sign. I prefer to rent each room for an entire semester (Typically 17-18 weeks; August 20 - December 22 and January 15 - May 20). The rent is $300 per week per room. After acceptance is confirmed, we will schedule a brief video chat (FaceTime or WhatsAp video). Room(s): 1. Single Room (Blue Room ) with Shared bathroom This is a private-single room located on the third floor, facing the front of the house. It is available starting January 7, 2023. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Wood Room) with Shared bathroom This is a private-single room on the third floor, facing the rear of the house. It is available starting January 7, 2023. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Women only Must be at least 20 years old International students preferred Will accept medical professionals for clinical rotations No smoking anywhere on the property No guests unless pre-arranged No parties or events No pets Short term housing only For the fall, I prefer to rent for the entire academic semester, which is approximately August 20 - December 20 (17-18 weeks). For the rest of the year, I have a two-week minimum & six-month maximum stay.
