One of those bedrooms is mine. The other is for a renter. It is not available to rent in its entirety except under special arrangement with me. AMENITIES * 1100 sf 2-BR loft; clean! Double Room (Renter's Room) with Shared bathroom Your room features a double bed and lots of storage space. You also have your own space just outside the door. You share the apartment with me, but we don't have to spend time together if you don't want to. I'm sure you'll have lots to do in the city! Capacity: 2 Rates: 800.00 Weekly / 2000.00 Monthly House Rules: Coffee is provided for free, as is 21-grain toast and cereal. You can use the fridge for whatever else you require food-wise. *The balance upon arrival (USD please). * Please maintain peace and quiet after 10 pm, and do not party here unless you have cleared it with me first. Respect my neighbors! * You will be free to come and go as you please. You don't have to clear that with me. * If you want to leave dishes in the sink, please make sure they are thoroughly rinsed and soaking. * Please use the squeegee on the walls and curtain in the shower after use, and clean out the hair on the drain.
