There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms; each room has a dedicated bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!. We accommodate students, interns, and young professionals, including international roommates, in fully furnished coliving apartments with a built-in community!. Our leases are for a minimum of three months, providing flexibility for students who are in New York City for a school semester or an internship. There is a lounge in the amenities that can be used to study or work from. As long as you keep the noise level down as it is a quiet zone. Students, interns, or young professionals. Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property. Resident and their guests may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to medical cannabis on or near the premises. We have the right to terminate this agreement if resident and/or guests engage in such activities. If you have a service animal, it’s up to the housemates to decide whether they are comfortable having an animal in the house. Due to the close quarters laws, the housemates are able to make the judgement call without violating any housing accessibility laws. Visitors are welcome as long as your roommates are informed and are ok with it.
