This is a great area in Manhattan next to Central Park. Located a bit higher up on Manhattan gives you more calm at the same time as being just a few subway stops away from Midtown Manhattan. Located right around the corner from the train entrance on West 108th and Central Park West, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping, Central Park, Columbia University and much more!
The building is located on the Upper West Side, next to Central Park, and close to Columbia University. Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. We have two apartments in this building, so there is an opportunity to easily meet even more roommates in our community. The apartment is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry, as well as a lounge area. High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies. All bedrooms have a full bed, a nightstand, a closet, a dresser, a private heater, black-out curtains, and recess lighting. One bedroom room has an AC. The building has 24h surveillance and a superintendent who helps with maintenance. The building also provides a video intercom system that allows you to see who is at the front door from the street. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and the building has an elevator. The following amenities and services are included:

Students, interns, or young professionals.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the property. Resident and their guests may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to medical cannabis on or near the premises. We have the right to terminate this agreement if resident and/or guests engage in such activities.
If you have a service animal, it’s up to the housemates to decide whether they are comfortable having an animal in the house.
Due to the close quarters laws, the housemates are able to make the judgement call without violating any housing accessibility laws.
Visitors are welcome as long as your roommates are informed and are ok with it.
In order to build safe and comfortable communities, all our residents are vetted through an application process and background check.
