I have clean, non smoking cosy rooms on the Upper Level of my home. I also have a Non Smoking downstairs apartment*** ****Families/group of 4-5 can request the 2 & 1/2 bedroom** Lower/Subteranian ( LL) of my family home* ** which has 2 double/Full size beds & 1 twin/single bed******small sitting area* can accommodate 4-5 persons in total. Do you need a guestroom for 3 nights? 1 week? 3 weeks? Rooms with locking doors. {Accommodation can sleep 2 persons in a room**except for the 1/2 room Sleep Alcove wish has 1 single bed) ****Families/group of 4-5 can request the 2 & 1/2 bedroom Lower Level Crash-pad** which has 2 double/Full size beds & 1 twin/single bed******- My home is clean, airy, carpeted bedrooms located on lower level of my home , space has full size/double bed, nightable, dresser in 1 room, small chest of drawers in smaller room, bedroom chair, Smart/Wifi TV, kitchenette, stainless steel fridge, cooking stove, electric kettle, toaster, microwave; cutlery, dishes, small internet work area. Both the Upper Level & Lower Level of my home has a small sitting area* ** no facilities for pets/ animals of any kind*** Private entrance, free street parking. Please note, there's no Washer/ Dryer or laundry facilities in the accommodation; a Laundromat is 1 block away with 24 hour service, ( wash & fold) Accommodation is non smoking. *Not wheelchair accessible* *Must Ascend/descend stairs The common areas, such as bath/kitchenette are shared space, so we request that everyone clean up after yourself. Single Room (Mini Cosy Sleep Alcove w/single bed) with Shared bathroom This space is a Small Sleep Alcove with Twin bed on a raised platform, 19 inch WiFi TV, night lamp, a small space to rest your backpack/carry bag (fan for warm days}. Suited for a Minimalist who only need a sleep space in a share accommodation. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Small QUIET ROOM #2) with Shared bathroom Small quiet private room with Double/Full size bed, night table, TV, chest of drawers, closet. Share apartment with other guests. Please clean up after yourself, this Shared Space & we all need to be respectful of each other. Capacity: 2 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1700.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Studio/ efficiency Room ) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 650.00 Weekly / 1650.00 Monthly 5. Double Room (Upstairs Room-2A) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 480.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: All guests staying in my home are required to send me a copy of their valid government issued photo ID prior to check in at the property. **"If guest is staying more than 30 days, a security deposit is required separately & refunded 48 hours after guests check out if no incidents/ damage in accommodation... during the stay*** **free street parking** ( no parking facilities on premises) ****Absolutely no smoking /vaping allowed in home/ no incense burning. **No pets, No animals of any kind**** No loud music, no crowds, **no parties* no events**only registered guests allowed in my home. ** Please be considerate & clean up after yourself; remember the common areas are shared space** **Space is not wheelchair accessible.
