Beautiful Private Room

We are a Japanese family, living in a convenient location only 3-8 mins walking from 145th Street subway station/bus with a lot of groceries, pharmacy, Starbucks, restaurants, parks, library, etc. Most of the time, I live with my 1 kid (10yrs old) and 2 cats. My mother who lives close by came to my home on weekday daytime to help with my house chores. My older 2 kids go to university and live in the college dorm (21 years old and 19 years old) and come home on holiday and their school break to spend time with family and friends in NYC. The room is beautiful with a twin-size bed, new air conditioning, bed mattress, carpet, study desk, chair, mirror, drawer/shelf and new refrigerator. The kitchen with juice mixer, cooking stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, and coffee maker. The bathroom and shower are shared with the family. We will provide a shower towel, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and conditioner. The dining and living room has a large whiteboard, a world map, a printer, and a piano to play. The hallway has a small gym place for you to use the bench for weight lifting, weight lifting, and exercise bikes. We prefer to be a host family for the students who are studying at professional school/ language school/ university/ college who pursue dream and have a future vision. For Rent and Deposit: After viewing the room via a Zoom call after the booking is confirmed, please pay one month's rent and half a month's deposit through Wise. Monthly rent can be paid by cash, Venmo, or Wise. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, provided the room is left clean, without damage, and the keys are returned. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Private Room C) with Shared bathroom This room include a daybed with a full size bed mattress, air conditioning, heater, desk, chair, dresser, closet, carpet, and mirror. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Please turn off AC when leaving the house. We have quiet hours starts from 10pm till 8am. During that time, keep quiet in common hallways, no loud music and no laundry. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask first. Please treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
