Beautiful Private Room

We are a Japanese family, living in a convenient location only 3-8 mins walking from 145th Street subway station/bus with a lot of groceries, pharmacy, Starbucks, restaurants, parks, library, etc. I live with my 1 kid (9yrs old) and 2 cats. My mother who lives close by came to my home on weekday daytime to help with my house chores. My older 2 kids go to university and live in the college dorm (20 years old and 18 years old) and come home on holiday and their school break to spend time with family and friends in NYC. The room is beautiful with a twin-size bed. New air conditioning, bed mattress, and carpet. The kitchen with juice mixer, cooking stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, and coffee maker. The bathroom and shower are shared with the family. We will provide a new shower towel, toothbrush, hair shampoo, and conditioner. The dining and living room has a large whiteboard, a world map, a printer, and a piano to play. The hallway has a small gym place for you to use the bench for weight lifting, weight lifting, and exercise bikes. Single Room (Private Room) with Shared bathroom This room include a new full size bed mattress, air conditioning, heater, desk, chair, dresser, closet, carpet, and mirror. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Private Room B) with Shared bathroom This room include a twin size bed, air conditioning, heater, desk, chair, closet, carpet, and mirror. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Please turn off AC when leaving the house. We have quiet hours starts from 10pm till 8am. During that time, keep quiet in common hallways, no loud music and no laundry. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, please ask first. Please treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep the common (kitchen, bathroom, living room) area clean, Local Amenities: Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
