We host a house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, al the rooms have their own ensuite bathroom, the property is brand-new built house with access to a quiet living room and a fully stocked kitchen, bbq grill in the backyard. Also we have washer and dryer in the laundry room, all the common areas are shared with other members and designed for your comfort. No, all the rooms and common areas are shared, if you are not a social person we wouldn't recommend this type of coliving for you. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the house, since this is a shared community we may have guest that are allergic to pets. You can rent one of our 2 beds room and stay with your friend there, but each bed pays separate rent and sharing rent is not allowed. Only one person per bed. Adding furniture - This is a teamed furnished house, you can talk to the manager and show us your ideas if it matches the house and is not too big or taking too much space we may considered it.
