If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property, please respect your fellow colivers and our neighbors. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. Storage lockers and parking are not provided. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed and mattress. You need to take your own sheets and whatever else you may need. You can add/remove any furniture with written approval.
