Private room close to downtown LA

My home is a 3 bedroom house that sits on a lot with two other units. There is parking inside the premisses for each room. The rooms include all utilities and Wifi. We have a grocery store, laundromat, park, bank, bargain store and restaurants within a 2-10 minute walk. The house is about 6 miles away from downtown, and we have both bus line 18 and 720 that take you straight into the heart of LA and Santa Monica. The house is in a working class neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and shops that reflect the area's culture. I work with my family in logistics and currently my brother and I are the only ones at the house. I'm home pretty much all day but when I'm not my brother helps me manage any unfinished errands or tasks. I'm a very easy going person, interested in different cultures, food and practices. I love traveling and have been to over 10 countries so far in every continent except for Australia and Antartica. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside the house, guests need to go outside away from doors and windows. No one is allowed in the house who isn't a guest here unless they receive prior approval. No loud noise or music 10 pm to 10 am. Everyone is to park in their designated area. Everyone is responsible for cleaning after themselves and are expected to help maintain a clean and organized environment. Dishes must be washed immediately after they are used. Don't leave a mess in the restroom including hair, dirty laundry, toothpaste in the sink, or trash outside of it's bin. Respect other guests' items like groceries, toiletries and anything that does not belong to you. Everyone is in charge of maintaining their own rooms clean. Don’t use your shoes on the furniture like sofas and chairs. No mail is allowed unless it’s delivered under my name (ask for permission first). Trash has designated containers, please respect them. If you break something replace or pay for it. All guests are required to provide a copy of a passport or US ID upon arriving.
