Single Room (Front room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: Please pay by 3 PM daily if paying daily. Please pay rent the first day you stay if for a week. Pay rent last week of the month if paying a month. (Flexible to extent) Keep bathroom & room clean. No overnight guests No drugs Clean up after yourself when cooking.
