Private Room in New Home (upstairs)

Stay in a cozy room, w/ a nearby bathroom, only minutes from Dos Lagos shopping center. The room is located on the second floor of a newly constructed home, with exterior security surveillance. There is a community pool and two picnic areas in this newly built quaint community. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room with own bathroom nearby ) with Private bathroom The room is part of a Jack and Jill style hallway. The bathroom is steps away, and no other occupant is currently in the room across the hall. Capacity: 1 Rates: 553.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Guests may use the kitchen for cooking and clean up. Guest may also use the laundry on the second level, and park in general parking steps from the door. Please help yourself to any beverages and food. We also have a small dog (Alaskan Klee Kai), and he is very friendly. There are two flights of stairs in the home.
