Our home is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and cafe's. Bus stop is one block away. Uber/Lyft available also. Our home is 5 mins to Belmont racetrack, 15 mins to Aqueduct, 15 mins to LIRR (to get you to penn station). Plenty of street parking available. Room(s): 1. Check out between 6 am to 11 am. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. - PARKING: ample street parking available on the street. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Lastly, because this is not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things) LATE NIGHT (24hr) CHECK IN EARLY CHECK OUT If guest anticipates check in later than 10 pm, guest agrees to send the damage deposit to Host via cash app or venmo. Host will then provide guest with lockbox code. Host will self check in with this code. If guest anticipates checking out prior to 6 am, guest will self check out by leaving apartment keys in the apartment on the glass table and locking main door. Once apartment is inspected, damage deposit will be returned via cash app or venmo (whichever guest used) by 6:30 am on day of checkout. Aftter the booking is confirmed, Host will email guest a detailed rental agreement to be signed prior to arrival. Additional Info: I live in the property full time.
